Hello sweet lovers! I am Hailey Dietz, the owner and sole employee of Hailey’s Sweets and Treats!

I am a Janesville Native, who has been busy making my bakery dreams come true.  My husband and I recently had our first child in 2022, which keeps me busy when I am not baking!

As long as I can remember, I have been creating delicious sweets and treats for my family and friends. But at the age of 16, I decided to tackle the challenge of a custom cake and I immediately fell in love! As cliché as it sounds, shows such as Cake Boss, Ace of Cakes, and Last Cake Standing really sparked my interest!

In 2014, I graduated from the University of Tampa with an Entrepreneurship and Marketing degree.  I also have had several internships with wedding planners in the industry. I believe this has contributed to my creative and design aspects of cake decorating. I LOVE being able to put my own signature spin on things making it my own!

My vision for Hailey’s Sweets and Treats is to become the areas very own cake boss….or as I prefer Queen ;). As well as be the go-to custom cake, cupcake, and cookie shop that provides quality work with each and every order.
